I picked model 7 Leadership and Motivation. In this model they did explained how both leadership and management work. In our reading they mentioned that "Leadership is about establishing a direction and influencing others to follow. " They also talked about "Management is about successfully administering the many complex details involved in a business’s operations. Leadership pursues change and challenges the status quo, whereas management seeks to control and provide stability within the existing circumstances."
They did explained each one in a clear way that it changed my mind to something different. I was thinking about HR as a degree to study for but in this model there was something about it that made me change my mind and made me think about management and manager degree. 
After reading all 8 models there was something in each model that I learned. In the first model I learned about management and the role they play in business life . In model 2 I learned about Ethics and Corporate Social Responsibility. In model 3 I learned about Management within a Global Organization. In every model there was something that I learned and this class did taught me so many things about business and how everything works. 
I picked this picture because I do believe that being a manager it's all about managing your time and everything around you and that picture shows that.

It can teach us so many things and learn so many new things.
