The different values that I used in my drawing created a more realistic drawing. After the main details were drawn, I removed the grid and added shading and other fine details. I chose to draw an elephant because it is my favorite animal, and I thought that it would be interesting to shade with all of its wrinkles. I pressed harder and used complementary colors on the color wheel to make colors more intense where they are more vibrant.
