         <description><![CDATA[<div>     You Will Start to feel confidence at night without a bodyguard.<br>I worked at night shifts a lot at the past few years and i saw, that there is nothing scarry outside when the night start to be late. (mabye only in israel)<br>I must to say that it really good for people who don`t like to sleep too much to spend there night at work, because you have 150precent hourly wage.<br>I can think only about one disadvantage, night sleeping is much healty and good for your body than sleeping when the sun out.<br>For conclusion i would say that i really like it and it make me feel good because i am not one of the peoples who can sleep 12hours and stay in the bed. <br>Tomer Levin</div>]]></description>

         <title>My advice for getting enough sleep at night is first, to relax. I think that it&#39;s the basic. There are issues in life that disturbes us, and if we solve them, or even a part of them, I&#39;m sure we can fall asleep more easily. I also think that you should manage your schedule right, so you will have at least eight hours of sleeping. I also recommend not to eat too soon to bedtime. I think what needs to be done is:</div><div><br></div><div>For someone who has difficultly at sleeping I would recommend not to sleep during the day but only at the end of the day at night. Some people find it difficult to sleep at night because they sleep at noon, when you do not sleep at noon, you will arrive more tired at night and you will have a harder time falling asleep. In addition, if it is difficult for you to fall asleep and get enough sleep at night you may have a lot of thoughts, try to clear your head of all the thoughts you may be able to fall asleep.</div><div> So finally, I think sleeping only at night and clearing your head of thought will help you fall asleep better at night.</div>]]></description>

I think that work at night have advantages like work quietly because no one are awake, and there are no distractions.
On the other hand all your week is upside down, and you don’t see sunlight. 
To sum up I think we all have a different preference when to work, and for each of us it affects differently.
