Tommy Montague, age 21, was slain outside of a local 7/11 convenience store this morning by local thug and troublemaker Tybalt Capulet. This unprovoked act of violence marks the third such attack that has shattered the peace at Verona Beach. When asked for comment, Captain Prince, sheriff of the Verona Beach Police Department, said, "Rebellious subjects, enemies to peace, profaners of this neighbor-stained steel! Will they not hear? What, ho! You men, you beasts."

According to the Montague family, attempts to diffuse animosity between the two groups were completely disregarded by Tybalt. Tommy was quoted shortly before his death saying, "I do but keep the peace. Put up thy sword, or manage it to part these men with me." Witnesses report angry shouting, screeching tires, and multiple shots fired between the two parties before the gas station went up in flames. Police investigations have ostensibly concluded that the fire was caused when a discarded cigarette butt was dropped to the gasoline-soaked pavement by Tybalt. Tybalt's whereabouts are currently unknown, but are currently searching for leads.
