The system also had other strong beliefs, such as the responsibility to protect a womens capability to work outside her home. It was triggered by low fertility rates, and European wars took place in the 19th century. This is where ideas were imbedded like also providing a good environment for these young children to become French citizens.

During this meeting, we began outlining our powerpoint. We been adding to it individually after deciding on a concrete layout so that our powerpoint was in uniform. Personally I gathered my readings first, inserted general information which I later broke down into smaller concise information. I wrote up my flashcards to support my bulleted points, as did the other girls. We discussed each goal we wanted to meet and how we were going to achieve it. We learnt off our flash cards on what we wanted to discuss. We then went and inserted it to the PowerPoint, between the last meeting and this one we kept in touch with each to discuss what we were working on. We gave tips and pointers to each other and asked questions on anything we weren’t sure on. For instance I was unable to find information about a particular part I wanted to discuss and the girls helped me to locate where to find it, and an challenges we faced together we just kept trying new ways to get around it. I felt confident after leaving the meeting after 70 mins.
