Sometimes I feel we take everything for granted and we don't realize how fortunate we are. Noah, wrote his childhood with as much details as possible and just made me realize for fortunate I am. Because of Noah, I have learned what "apartheid" means. And it was sad to learned how that was their life in South Africa. It is crazy to think that apartheid only ended in 1994, that's not really that long ago, I think it took them too long to end that. Family should be together wherever they decide to go, family is everything in this life. I have always wanted to read a book as interesting as this one. It covers from life in general to guilt and even the afterlife. The book it self looks amazing but it can terrifying. As I was reading I found many unsettling stories that I enjoyed and also some darker twists that only kept me reading more and more. I love books that take me to another universe while reading, this is so much like that.
