I think winston would listen to this song when he thinks of Julia and how  they can no longer be together because the party has changed the way they view the party and big brother. Winston knows he can no longer be with Julia so I believe this song would help him get over Julia or at least remember the good times they had together.In the end they both got tortured and i feel like this song would help him go through his future without Julia .
