         <description><![CDATA[<div>1. Bipolar disorder symptoms usually go back and forth between highs and lows<br>2. Bipolar disorder is a mental health condition that causes extreme mood swings and emotional highs/lows.<br>3. Episodes of mood swings may occur rarely or more than one time a year.<br>4. Bipolar disorder is a long-term condition.<br>5. The first symptoms of Bipolar show up in their early twenties.<br>6. It can be treated with medication and psychological counseling.&nbsp;<br>7. This condition is caused by imbalances chemicals in the brain called neurotransmitters.<br>8. There is no exact reason for being bipolar but it includes factors from biological differences or genetics.<br>9.There are four different types of bipolar disorder; Bipolar I, Bipolar II, Cyclothymic Disorder, and Bipolar Disorder Not Otherwise Specified.<br>10.          <description><![CDATA[<div>1. Post Traumatic Stress Disorder is a mental health condition that is triggered by an event by either experiencing it or witnessing it.<br>2. PTSD also can happen after a violent death of a family member or close friend.<br>3. People who have PTSD may experience the “fight-or-flight,” which is a reaction that is meant to protect a person from any harm.<br>4. If a stress reaction last longer than a month can it be diagnosed as PTSD.<br>5. Symptoms can include flashbacks, nightmares, and severe anxiety.</div><div>6. PTSD can interfere with one's ability to do normal daily tasks.<br>7. To try to get over PTSD, you can do things that you enjoy, Practice ways to relax, and believe in yourself that you can get over the trauma.<br>8. You should talk to your doctor if you are having trouble getting your life under control.<br>9. Women are more likely to develop PTSD than men.<br>10.          <description><![CDATA[<div>1. Seasonal affective disorder is a type of depression that is caused by the change in season.<br>2. This disorder appears during late fall or early winter and can go away during the sunnier days of spring and summer.&nbsp;<br>3. Seasonal affective disorder signs are changes in mood, negative thinking, low energy, changes in eating, etc.&nbsp;<br>4. Some of the symptoms may start out mild and become more severe as the season keeps going.<br>5. Some treatments include light therapy, medications, and psychotherapy.&nbsp;<br>6. Brain’s response to shorter daylight hours, daylight affects two chemicals in the brain that helps regulate a person's sleep–wake cycles, energy, and mood.<br>7. Some of the symptoms for those who experience in winter are oversleeping, appetite change, and overall lack of energy to do anything.<br>8.Seasonal affective disorder happens more in women than in men.<br>9. SAD frequently is more in younger adults than in older adults.<br>10. Those who experience it in the summer can experience symptoms like trouble sleeping, weight loss, and agitation/anxiety.</div>]]></description>
