teachers can ask the questions based on what they have prepped throughout the years.
question must be fair for everyone

If presentation - teacher not able to ask specific questions, student who goes 1st will be at a disadvantage. Others can copy ideas. Students will read off from the slides. Unable to test if students are fluent or rehearsed.

we need to confirm the topic and resources provided to students at the start of the year, to ensure we provide standardize resources and grading to students.
Practice the sample questions in class is necessary.
Checklist for the content and skills should be provided to students as reference.
F2F for examination, but demo video should be provided to students to show what are the good standard.
Presentation & conversation ( topic will be given one week before for students to prepare, then students doing presentation on the exam day. OE can ask relevant question for conversation? )
