It is good to see that the huge majority of my students feel that I always am supporting them quickly and personally. I also have positive feedback about My instructor was helpful when I had questions regarding course content. That reassures me that my best attempts to answer questions seems to be helping. Finally, I can see My instructor helped me understand the grade that I earned on tests and assignments. That was followed closely by my feedback helping them to improve their work. It is good to know that they are reading my comments on their papers and/or in my messages. Something I'd like to work on is having students ask more questions. The line "Please message me with any questions" is in most of the messages I send out, but students don't always do that. I'd like to figure out how to open that line of communication more. -Ellen
