Each chapter tells of a different adventure where Twilight Sparkle and her friends are faced with a new difficult situation either over friendship problems, lending a helping hand, becoming a better pony, or even just inspiring other ponies with their knowledge over friendship. While in jail, Ivy shows her anger to Harley, but eventually she forgives her and they go to Costa Verde to save the rainforest from a greedy President Ceballos. There are many adventures in this graphic novel such as the two girls going to Hollywood to direct their own movie, a 24-hour day in the life of Harley Quinn, a Christmas story of Harley and Ivy hypnotizing Bruce Wayne into taking them Christmas shopping, Harley teaming up with Batgirl in order to save Poison Ivy from Kit Nozawa; but, all of these adventures share a theme: the friendship between Harley Quinn and Poison Ivy. Zuko becomes the next Firelord and plans on rebuilding his nation on peace; however, a new group of Firenation rebels are trying to overthrow him. Zuko is dealing with not only trying to help his mother reconnect with everything, but he also has to deal with protecting his family and him from the rebels known as “Ozai Society”. Roxas lives in Twilight Town with his friends Hayner, Pence, and Olette who join him for a discussion of plans for summer homework when their discussion moves to something being “stolen”, they realize that they do not have the ability to specify what was missing.  Roxas begins to be confronted by creatures whenever he is alone which, in return, awakens his powers as a Keyblade Wielder. Namine begins to appear in his dreams, explaining to him that he is part of Sora who is the main character of the first Kingdom Hearts book. She is not able to fully explain in further detail as their connection is severed before she can finish.
