Add 50ml tap water to the beaker
    2. Add 50ml recently boiled water to the beaker and stir
    3. Add a teaspoon of fresh yeast into the beaker, mix well and wait for 2min
    4. While waiting, place a measuring cylinder filled with water upside down into a trough of water.
    5. After the 2min, add 1 teaspoon of sugar to the beaker and mix well
    6. Pour the mixture from the beaker to a conical flask
    7. Seal the top of the conical flask and attach a tube to the conical flask. The other end of the tube should extend to the opening of the upside down measuring cylinder. 
    8. Wait for 15min
    9. After 15min, record the reading on the measuring cylinder.

    3. Add 50 ml tap water to the beaker.
    4. Pour the contents into the conical flask with side arm that is attached to a gas syringe. 
    5. Add 1 teaspoon of yeast and mix well. 
    6. Place a stopper at the conical flask.
