In our case there is no leader or hierarchy, we are all in the same level of authority because we all had some vital resources to offer, like water and food, medicines, energy with solar panels, transportation and equipment like clothing and tools, for extreme weather.

We didn’t only have resources but each one of us had an expertise area. We manage to have solar panels because Jose was an expert on technology, which is why we put him in charge of communication. We had medicines because Emilia used to be a doctor and she was also talented on public speaking so she became in charge of that. Alejandro used to be lawyer, that’s why he became in charge of creating and making sure laws were respected. Melisa studied finances so she was in charge of the administration and Samantha was in charge of logistics, rationing

Our role is to be just, inspiring and reliable leaders. We must be transparent and receptive in order to be worthy of this responsibility. We are now administering the resources of seven ministries and around 1 million people.
Our main job as government is to supervise the ministries actions and see if they are objective and help the whole society, besides regulating the interactions between ministries to see if they are making a just and reliable exchange (from knowledge to materials). To make this job easier we have direct contact with the leader of each ministry. We also stay in close contact with the representant of every ministry. There are some ministries which we need to maintain closer control of, the main one is Public Services, which is in control of our military power and police.

As expected, not everyone is entirely happy to be under a totally new government. The ministries are creating alliances among themselves, working together towards rebuilding, structurizing and reshaping society.

Ecology is not completely sure they want us to control the supply of water because they want to sell it, this will be done but through us. They will sell the water to us and we will distributed, also the price of food will be lower to them because they were in charge of cleaning the park we know live in.

In case of a revolution, the supply will be cut off to the responsible ministry, which is specially important for Public Services and Ecology which are the ones that represent a higher threat to our government. As well, Public Services must hand in a report about every alliance and the terms this imposes between ministries.

The Public Resources ministry has asked us to help them recruit people to join the military. This will be done in partnership with the Health ministry, they will be checking on the recruited people's health and their eligibility to join our army. The Food Bank will be providing food and nutrition programs to our armed forces. The entire city was flooded and problems with public services became a serious issue for the community. Technological equipment was damaged with water and most of the city's infrastructure had to be fixed. This was when we most needed unity and help of all the ministries. They asked us for resources and gave them what they needed to get back to normality. Some ministries like the Ministry of Energy took advantage of the flood and saw it as an opportunity to build a water dam to create energy from the extra water we had. We are trying to keep the food prices really low and it will vary according to the level of manufacturing it requires. The taxing system works as follows:
Every transaction made between two particulars generates a 25% tax over the total rent. Ministries that employ workers, must deduct a 30% in taxes out of the total salary of each registered employee. Small businesses will only pay 15% taxes for the first 12 months, after that, the normal 25% is applied.
Inflation will be controlled through interest rates, and viceversa. Right now it is in Neverland's best interest to lower the interest rates, in order to get the money flowing, creating jobs and infrastructure. If needed be the case, IR can be adjusted to avoid a currency depreciation. The problem we haven't finish to solve yet are the diseases, around 2% of the population continue on the quarantine areas we established but we hope to bring the number back to cero by the end of the next month. As to our food supply, we suspended the artificial food distribution 5 months ago but part of the population found it cheaper so we have decided to open the licence to the Science and Technology ministry to sell it (through us). Meanwhile, Ecology and Food Bank are producing crops again although we had to shorten our supply due to the slow recovery and with the help of the Commerce ministry, we made a “basic food basket” with the prices settled by us with the objective of bringing an easy solution for our population in terms of nutrition so that they focus on rebuilding their homes and public buildings (all with the help of Public Services´ engineering corps and people we delegated). By now, the prices of the food basket are already settled by the commerce ministry, which will also help them measure the inflation our economy presents later on.
We suffered big expenditures, as we had to subsidize the medicine´s and food costs so that we recovered in a smaller amount of time, besides using research and ecology to clean the polluted water that remained in certain parts and paying for the dam to restore energy.
