Every entering generation will have some type of difference and knowing how to interact with each one is the key to ensuring that the necessary skills will be learned. I personally can respond to text I enjoy quicker and discuss it easier than I ever could with a topic I find no interest in at all. I know a lot of students my age can relate to that as well. I feel like that could have two meanings. That statement could mean they have to teach themselves or it is up to them to take the knowledge given to them. Either way, I would say I agree. There are some things that cannot be taught in school that people have to learn for themselves. I know this is related to school, but I see that in more of a real life way. Things like love and how to love ourselves are things no one can teach us.
