They would move these families into fenced-in communities as a way to prevent espionage or spying in America.          <description><![CDATA[<div>A case held by a Japanese man who claimed that Executive Order 9066 was against his constitutional rights and that the internment camps should be abolished and destroyed. The court decision ended with the Supreme Court keeping the internment camps, but with mass disliking as evidence of the US holding valuable pieces of evidence from Korematsu.</div>]]></description>
