         <description><![CDATA[<p>Nowadays, people are losing their listening. Each day, we spend about 60% of communication to listen. But..we are losing it each day, which can lead to having difficulties while we communicate. So what should we do to stop this, stop losing our listening and to listen better? Let me tell you! First of all, it's silence. This is an amazing method that helps you to reset you ears so that it can work better. Next, "mixer" is a nice way. Try to listen to specific stuffs in a noisy environment so that you can improve your listening and concentration skills. Third, it's "savoring". This is an exercise where you try to enjoy all the normal sounds in your daily life and put your soul into it, like focusing on the hairdryer's sound. This is also an alternative way to make your concentration skills better. Another way is to change your position. Try to listen to one specific thing at different placss and pay your attention to that thing to listen better. Last but not least, an acronym and you can use this in your communication as well. These are the methods to listen better and to limit losing your listening skills. Please try all of them to improve your listening skills!</p>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<p>Although many people spend a lot of time in their lives listening and using their ears, they are not likely to be steady at it. If we do not take action now, we might actually lose and weaken our listening skills. Listening better involves a few key practices. First, practice some silence daily. This can help your ears feel relaxed, reset, improve sensitivity to sound, and help you focus better on what you're listening to. Second, try to identify individual sounds in an environment with a variety of noises to sharpen your auditory discrimination. Third, practice active listening. Use the acronym RASA (Receive, Appreciate, Summarize, Ask) with the speaker to engage more fully in conversations. Fourth, adjust your listening positions. This means changing your listening stance to be more active and aware, such as listening for enjoyment or for information. Last but not least, enjoy the usual sounds to enhance your appreciation of everyday auditory experiences. These practices can help you pay more attention and generally improve your listening skills.</p>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<p>At this time, people are losing their listening. Every day, we spend roughly 60% of communication to listen. But we seem to be not very good at it, the proof is we only remember 25% of what we just heard, and we're slowly losing the ability to listen every day, so, how can you define listening as well as "training" our ears to listen better? Let me show you. What is listening? Well, listening is making meaning from sound, it's a mental process and a process of extraction. Now, let's move on to how can we improve our ears! Firstly, it is silence, try to save some time to have silence, this will allow your ears to relax and reset. Secondly, try and listen to specific sounds in a noisy and crowded environment. You can also improve your concentration skills in that way. Thirdly, there is another way called "savoring", savoring is an exercise when you enjoy all of the daily sounds and put your soul into it. For example, focusing on the hairdryer's sound. And fourthly, try to listen to only one specific thing while changing your position. Lastly, try the acronym RASA. It's short for receive, appreciate, summarize, ask, you can improve your communication skills a lot! So, you have known some of my tips, hope you can try all of them and improve your skills!</p>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<p>Currently, People are losing their listening. Each day, we spend roughly 60% our communication time listening but we ain't very good at it. The evidence is we retain just 25% what we hear and we're losing ability to listening. Because of that, it causes plenty of risks in daily communication. So I'd like to share with you some simple exercises to improve your own conscious listening. First of all is silence. Just three minutes a day of silence, it can help you relax and reset your ears. Secondly, it's called "the mixer". In this, you need to discern specific sound in the noisy environment. It's a great exercise for improving the quality of your listening. Next, it's "savoring". This is when you enjoy all the normal sounds around you and put your soul into it. For instance, focusing tumble dryer's sound. Fourthly, there is an another way called listening positions. This mean you can move your listening position to the specific sound which you're listening to. The last way is about  an acronym called RASA which stands for "Receive" and "Appreciate". It suggest some words to to take with others by making little noises.  These ways help you concentrate more in listening and also improve your listening.</p>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<p>At the present time, people are losing their ability of listening. We almost spend 5-6 hours having conversations and you think you're good at it because of that? That's definitely wrong because you are just using only 40% of your listening skills. So how can we improve our listening skills? First of all is the concentration, you have to be focus on what you are hearing like: the sounds of birds chirping, sounds of the copy machine when you go to work. I'm sure this way will help you. Next is the silence. If the place where you are in is quiet, you can hear the sounds clearly because everyday when you wake up, you can hear sounds are mixing together, it will be hard for you to listen clearly to each of the sound. Videos can also help you, hear the pronunciation of the people in the videos , you can copy the way they talk and listening carefully how they spell the words. If all of this 3 ways make you bored, maybe listening to music is the best way can improve your listening skills. You just need to listen to your favorite song and notice the lyrics, you can listen better easily. Finally is relaxation, if you always stay calm and hear carefully every sentence the partner is talking to and especially, if you also close your eyes, you really can listen better, too!</p>]]></description>
