It's got several things going that will tie together, I think, and trying to figure it all out is a great distraction. I jog while I listen to my books, so that's been important for getting out and staying somewhat active.

It  is  so fun and they love it. They can  see and talk to their friends and me. They show their animals and we laugh. It is wonderful in these times.. 
All you have to do is make a reaccuring meeting in Zoom and email it out or put it on Blend.  They will find it and they usually tell their friends.
