I made a plan for how my group of girlfriends and I would get a group of guys to be our designated friend group at the all-boys school. My mum and I made a short list of all the boys I knew from elementary school/soccer and who they were friends with and decided on one group to be friends with. Then I asked mutual friends to get one of the guys' numbers and arranged a meet up. They didn't know it was an audition but it totally was. It was the first time I had to plan how I'd get somewhere, where I would stay, and what I would do there... so it was a satisfying and fulfilling experience.
