Categorised into three major sections - Running, Training &amp; Casual Sportswear <br>Price: Average pricing to quite high end, especially when they have collaborations with top designers and iconic athletes. <br>Place: centralised locations, especially in big shopping centres and places of high foot traffic.<br>Promotion: No price promotions - but do have events that promote the products and brand name<br>People: personal shopping experience. For people of all ages but with a main target for the male and female between the ages of 18-25. It's all about the future generation and changing their perspective on fitness and the healthy lifestyle.<br><br><br><strong>Neverland</strong><br>Product: Mens middle range and fashion forward casual wear. Jeans, shirts, jackets, jumpers etc.<br>Price: Ranging from $30-$250. Average price point for Tshirt is $69.95 and Pants start at $99.95.<br>Place: Positioned in all major shopping centres (Victoria only). One store in Chapel Street open weekends only.&nbsp; <br>Promotion: Constant promotions ranging from discounts, % sales, VIP days, buy one, get one free.<br>People: Young, contemporary males who like fashion and streetwear/festival wear.<br><br><br><strong>Bardot</strong>&nbsp;<br>Product: women's day/evening clothing&nbsp;<br>Price: average pricing but can be quite pricey depending on the material. For example denim jeans/jacket would cost in excess of $100 and leather jackets in excess of $150<br>Placement: Small stores in centralised locations across Melbourne&nbsp; and major shopping centres.&nbsp;<br>Promotion: One day sales and discounted pricing continuously through the store<br>People: Young but also mature working females, as Bardot clothing caters for both. It's about the idea of going to day time to night time based on your outfit and accessories.&nbsp;</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>THIS IS GREAT!!! The retailer's retail philosophy would be to provide customers with quality home-wares and bedding. <br>The merchandise they stock would reflect this and needs to be consistent with their positioning. I.e. They can't stock cheap low-quality bedding items like sheets and pillows if their retail philosophy goes against this and contradicts it. <br>The retailer needs to ensure they have breadth and depth of merchandise. <br>Breadth of merchandise refers to the number of categories of products/services a retailer provides, and depth of merchandise is the assortment of merchandise available in each category. </div>]]></description>
