Like how he has no clue how the old man can hear the boy yell "i'm going to kill you" and thats very believable because of the el train that passed by at that time. The other presented evidence that was presented that the boy was a seen running out of his apartment and that he saw him, but the old man couldn't physically get across the apartment. He also bought a knife from a store the night before the murder and the argument was that the knife was a one of a kind, but juror 8 had one exactly the same. He is very good at what he does.
