So Jesus and the disciples left and got into a boat and crossed over. After a while there came a great storm on the sea. The storm was so high that the boat was being covered with waves washing over it and the boat began feeling up with water. Jesus was sleeping in the boat on a cushion and the disciples ran to him and said "Save us Lord; we are going to die! Do you not care that we are perishing". Jesus replied by saying that do you still have no faith in God. Jesus got up and said "Hush, be still" and the wind died down and it was very calm. The disciples were shocked and said  "What kind of man is this, that even the winds and the sea obey him?"

Jesus needed rest and time away from crowds, he was so exasperated that even the storm did not awake him. This tells us that Jesus was genuinely human with the same need we all have.
