The district goes back and forth between republican and democrat candidates winning office when it comes to their congressmen and presidential elections have been in favor of both republican and democrats in the past few elections. However, since the district is left leaning, and this is a midterm election many democrats are interested in. We believe that the majority in the district will vote democrat, and therefore elect Antonio Delgado for Congress.
