When I got transferred to Manila in 2017 to take on the SBDM role for Puregold, I had doubts if I can meet the expectations of the account or deliver the results that the company expected me to deliver. Being away from home, working with a new team, and the adjustments I needed to embrace in dealing with Puregold - those were very tough experiences for me. I thought of just giving up the position, and come home to Iloilo.

But your Leadership, support and guidance to our PG Team, particularly to Jo and Me, changed the way I looked at things, how to deal with the challenges, and be successful on the job.

I persevered and performed, and delivered the results because you sincerely believed in me. You trusted our capabilities. You believed in our individual and collective capacities to deliver business results. You guided us, inspired us to be the best versions of ourselves. You helped me grow, you helped us grow, professionally and personally, not because it is your job to do so, but because you genuinely cared for us and wanted the best for your people. You are a True Leader.

Fast forward to MT CBD launching and today, I am very thankful for the trust and confidence you have given me and the MT VisMin team. For giving me the opportunity to take on the role of RBDM and contribute in the establishment of the MT CBD.

MT CBD launch was a success, and is a continuing success story for MT because of your Leadership and support. We are thankful, I am thankful because we had you as our NSM, our Leader.

Thank you for your Leadership and Support. The EComm team is very lucky to have you as their new Leader.

Sa patience and pagtitiwala. Sa mga tinuro mo at hindi mo directly tinuro pero pinakita mo. Salamat for leading by example, and being an overall great person in and out of the workplace. Ang laki ng nainfluence mo sa akin in terms of maturity at how to look at things always at different perspectives, and looking at the bigger picture. Ito ang happiest, most productive stint ko sa work sa 10 years kong pagttrabaho.

Aalis ka man, yung learnings and culture we have at MT will stay. Ganon sya katatag. Salamat sa pagiging architect/contractor/foreman na gumawa ng matibay na bahay para sa samin sa MT. Your LEGACY will live-on ika-nga ni Jo.

And that’s because of you, Jo, Mariel and the other managers here who have been instrumental in my growth here in RB. The opportunities that you and the rest of the leadership team has given me allowed me to widen my horizons not just in terms of professional growth but also in a lot of personal aspects as well. Thank you Noel, for the trust and encouragement. I'd say para akong nalugi since It has only been a few months that I was in MJ when the pandemic hit and I missed the chance of doing actual fieldwork with you. Pero from how we have interacted during all this time. I can say iba ang galing mo and how you lead. It inspired me to always do better and exceed myself hoping that someday I can be the same inspiration to others the way you have been to me and all the people around you.
