         <description><![CDATA[<div>I think that respect is earned. Teachers can go about this by respecting their students so they can reciprocate it back to them. Respect goes both ways, it is important to teachers to respect their students as well as students respecting their teachers. Respect is essential within a classroom to maximize the students education. </div>]]></description>

         <title>I believe that respect is earned and not given. It can take time for a teacher to gain the respect of their students. Once they have the respect of their students it can be lost in an instant. I think teachers gain respect by showing care for their student and continuing to love them</title>
