         <description><![CDATA[<div>The bLack of Respect campaign (BORC) is a campaign for equality to accord dignity and respect to all populations by describing everyone, not just the majority by heritage. The name is a pun on the term ‘lack of respect’ and is intended to denote the lack of respect inherent in describing population groups by colour instead of heritage, but the issue is deadly serious. </div>]]></description>
