For example, students may not look at trait liked "balanced" or "caring" and see that important or as something that they ought to learn at school. Today. I made the connection between inquiry and close reading and was sure to remind them that inquirer is a learner trait and this is why we need to build these traits within ourselves.

I think the types of learner profiles is a good starting point to understand individual students and the strategies that works best for our particular class room.

I love to solve  problems that make you think out the process to obtain a reasonable outcome.
I have no problem being a communicator and to express and share ideas with others within a team frame or in front of  group .

My two least traits would be Risk Taking and ????.
I do not like to be wrong or Fail . Maybe due to that human fear factor. I just do not take rejection well. 
I looked over the other areas and there was not a second I could choose.
