In paragraph three, it states "In the wall both houses shared there was a little chink" In "Romeo and Juliet" it states, "He ran this way, and leap'd this orchard wall." In both stories, the wall stoped the two lovers from seeing each other. One of course is the prologue,which I think Shakespeare took some of the parts of course. In "Pyramus and Thisbe" their is one quote that is very similar to a part of the prologue in "Romeo and Juliet". In the text it says, "The death of two young lovers was the cause.". Just like in Romeo and Juliet but they say, "a pair of star-crossed lovers take their life". Also they talk about the family feud just like in Romeo and Juliet. When Romeo and Juliet die, the story Pyramus and Thisbe the couples both die. Juliet and Thisbe both use daggers to kill themselves.

In "Romeo and Juliet," Juliet takes a potion from Friar Lawrence to seem like she's dead, but she's actually alive. She was put in a tomb, and Romeo found her, but of course, he hadn't gotten the Friar's letter, so he seriously thought she was dead. Romeo then drank poison, as seen in this line from the play,(drinks poison) " O true apothecary! Thy drugs are quick. Thus with a kiss I die." Juliet then woke from her coma like state, and said, " What's here? a cup, closed in my true love's hand? Poison, I see, hath been his timeless end: O churl! drunk all, and left no friendly drop to help me after?" She then said, " I will kiss thy lips; Haply some poison yet doth hang on them, to make die with a restorative," and kissed him. When Juliet tasted no poison on her poor Romeo's lips, she then saw his dagger and snatched it. Juliet cried, " Oh happy dagger! This is thy sheath; there rust, and let me die." In "Pyramus and Thisbe," just like with R & J, it mentions the two lover's deaths in it's prologue. In "Pyramus and Thisbe," Thisbe sees a lioness with blood on her jaw, and assumes that she killed Pyramus. Thisbe was just able to escape, but then Pyramus thought that the lioness killed her. Then, Thisbe found Pyramus in a pool of blood, because he stabbed himself. Lastly, Thisbe took Pyramus's sword and plunged it into her heart.
