I thought that a facilitator should have a mentoring role in PDCs.After today's workshop I got that the facilitator facilities the teachers to have a refleftive thinking on their own teaching process by noticing the points they miss and find some effective ways to develop their teaching skills.

Then I ask the participants to look at the four pictures on the wall and choose the picture describing the most suitable solution. Then I give some time them to discuss with their group members and choose someone in each group to deffend their ideas about it.
I can also use the jigsaw reading in any content. The fact of that the everybody should take the responsibility to complete the task accurately makes the learning process more pleasent.

I honestly should say that after the 3rd days' workshop I realised that considerable part of the dialogues used in our coursebooks doesn't have a natural and child-friendly language.Reductions aren't used most of the times. On the other hand when the students listen t o the texts in the book they come acrooss the expressions reduced. This makes them confused.
As we aim to improve our stdents' communication skills and enable them to speak in daily life, the content should involve the most common used expressions ,sttructures and phrases.
In addition to these, every dialogue doesn't contain clear context. My sudents sometimes have a difficulty in understanding .To cope with it, most ofthe times I make up a context for them and inform the students before that listening/speaking session.

I think PDC meeting is a drem ticket for tachers. during the meetings techers come together with their colleagues so they have a chance to talk about the problems, their possible solutions, the activies they got efficiency during their classes .It creates a sutible setting for teachers to share their experiences and think how they can make use of them. Because of these reasons I certainly can have a chance to them to talk about the problems during teaching English and the possible solutions to them.
Also all the teachers coming to PDC meetings may not have been graduated from the faculty of education. So they may not know about the some learning-teaching methodologies and strategies. Make discussions about these strategies, methodologies and some examples of the leranerg activities can lead theschers to absorb them.

Consequently the problems can have adverse effects on reading, writing, pronouncing the words, making it difficult to read or spell. It has a huge effect on education. In the west or east of the country the problems faced can be changed.Even in local areas cases can be different. In our PDC meetings we hsve an oppurtunity to share the feelings, discuss the problems and think about the suggestions. The greatest benefit is that you think and be sure you are not alone.
