He is also a qualified energy sector engineer and a 35-year member of the Society of Petroleum Engineers (SPE). In recognition of his long and distinguished career, SPE recently honored William Kelleher with a special award. Mr. Kelleher’s professional history includes tenures as founding vice president of operations with First International Oil in Houston, Texas, and founding executive vice president with the YUKOS Oil Corporation in Moscow, Russia. He went on to cofound and direct multiple oil and gas development companies in London, England. He served as founding CEO of London’s New World Oil and Gas from 2010 to 2014 before settling in California as the founder of Ventura-based Addison Resources.
