I like to use the technologies in language teaching is truly because of the convenience. Like when I taught Japanese in a language school, I used my tablet instead of a computer to show the slides to the student. Because in that way, I can write some notes on the tablet directly with an electronic pencil. And make the students understood the points I made immediately and effectively.

On the other hand, sometimes technologies could be inconvenient. Especially when the teachers are not trained well of how to use the technologies. It may take the classes' time, and make the students very confused. Also it shows the teacher seems to be not professional. And could lose trust from the students.

I agree. As a teacher, there is nothing worse than that feeling when the technology doesn't work. I hate wasting the students' time, but I find most students are very forgiving.

I tried to adapted template 3 according to the reading material and my Japanese teaching experience.
To arrange the class activities by the numbers of Ss, I added the same "Number of the students" as template 2. To differ "goals" and "objectives", I changed "aims" to "objectives". And I don't think it's necessary to add "goals" in a single lesson plan, so I left it as the template used to be. For the specific procedure of the class, I tried to adjust the items to fit my usually teaching habit. Especially, I combined "what learners do" and "interaction" into "notes". Two reasons, and first one, not every procedure requires the learners "do" sth, or make specific interaction to T. Secondly, T needs to remind himself of some matters while teaching, or maybe T wants to add some new contents even after finishing the plan.

One question: I didn't understand the meaning of "assumptions" very clearly. What is it supposed to be in the lesson plan? thank you.

Your adapted lesson plan template looks good. I think it will be very usable and I agree with your ideas.
Assumptions are things we think we know about something (it comes from the verb "to assume"). So in this case, the assumptions would be what you think you know about the learners. For example, what they can already do, or what they already know. To be honest, I have never included it in my lesson plans. It is not really required for your assignment either, but you do need to include information about the context (which means what kind of class you are teaching: age, background, level etc.)
