(Hirsch 208)<br>     The word is related to the story because they are always constantly having to carry things<br><br>2. Quizzically <br>     Def:usually means puzzled or questioning, though it can also mean confused, surprised, comical, or mocking.<br>      Quote:" Bear looked at me quizzically." (Hirsch 71)<br>      This word is important because it lets the reader know that Cal and Bear can communicate well with each other and that Bear can show his expressions.<br><br>3. Skittered <br>     Def: move lightly and quickly or hurriedly.</div><div>      Quote: " The club skittered away from me." (Hirsch 42)<br>This word is important because the characters always have to move quickly to get away and lightly to not leave a trace.</div><div><br><br><br><br></div>]]></description>
