This will ensure that students will work at their skill level without getting a class that too hard or too easy. We will also have extracurricular classes that will expand more in depth with the real world, such as sociology where students will be able to understand how society runs. There will be language classes that will teach students the language AND culture. This will introduce students into a new culture and learn to accept people from different parts of the world. There will also be electives where students can have fun and take their minds off of stressful thoughts; classes such as music, dance and art will be available. Our school will have a mandatory mental health class for students to check up, relax and talk about problems. It is good to have a communication relationship with students to avoid problems in the future. Students should be able to come and communicate any problems or concerns. Our school will ensure that teachers and staff will be well experienced with this by having practiced with other people with diverse interests, dispositions and backgrounds.
Scaffolding and structured opportunities based on student readiness: With all the diverse learners in our classrooms, there is a strong need for teachers to learn and experiment with new scaffolding strategies. The end product is of far greater quality and the experience much more rewarding for all involved. Teachers should have time for students to ask questions either privately or during class, have visual aids during lessons, and ask students to share their own experiences, hunches, and ideas about the content.
Culturally relevant practices: Our staff will establish inclusion such as regularly grouping students with different classmates, develop positive attitudes, use student jargon to clarify these issues or improve communication in general and  give students time to assess their own progress and performance, helping them focus on growth.
Adaptations for diverse learners:
Alter Our methods and materials by having multiple means of engagement and representation. When teaching a new lesson, we offer learners many different ways to engage with and absorb the content.
We can also alter the social and physical environment, since a student’s surroundings can have a huge impact on how he or she learns. So we should be mindful of and responsive to students with sensory and attention issues, and make changes to the learning environment to meet their needs
Behavioral expectations: Students are expected to follow the Golden Rule. Everyone is the same and deserves respect and love from others.

In our school, technology will be more than an accessory in class. Students will be able to use it for assignments or even little activities as a whole class. Technology can be a means where students can communicate with teachers for help or extra explanation of assignments. Every assignment was a way for me to learn something new about the community and how education is seen around the world. Although many of the assignments were lengthy and time consuming, I was able to push through and submit my assignments on time. No matter how hard the question was, I was able to figure it out after doing some research and interpreting it in my own way if possible.
