On weekdays, I always get up at 4:00. Then i take a quick shower and i get dressed. I eat my breakfast, i usually eat eggs with arepa. Then i finish getting ready to wait for the car to work.

I work as a judicial assistant in the supreme court of justice, I am in charge of projecting guardianship sentences.

Sometimes i go the gym and doctor. i'm not english classes i go play soccer on tuesdays from to 6 to 8pm.

Prepare the whole fried mojarra

Clean the fish well and pat it dry. Make a couple of diagonal cuts on each side to help it cook evenly. Season it with salt, pepper, garlic, and lemon juice. Let it rest for a few minutes. Heat enough oil in a deep pan. Carefully place the fish in the hot oil and fry it on both sides until golden and crispy. Remove and place it on paper towels to drain excess oil.
