During dinner, the speeches made by the diners are futile and seemingly meaningless, but all within them are thinking about their problems.The main themes are: that of the relationship between husband and wife, a relationship full of misunderstandings where feelings remain hidden until a small gesture makes them emerge, that of the relationship between parents and children, of the distance that comes to create among these, and finally that of nostalgia for people who are missing and that in a certain way we manage to revive in our thoughts.narrator is a whole story, speaks in the third person and the point of view is internal, but in the story there is a plurality of the narration, or there are the points of view of all the characters.
