Glass floors, so people can see water and glass roof, to see sky. Rooms are 2 and 4 people sized. On the dry land will be volleyball field, pool, bars, restaurants, spa.

Then for children I would like to built big playground and also a little adventure park. 

Third part will be for animals, who are coming with people. Dogs, cats and so on...so they can sleep, eat and so on.
