Sometimes communication when it comes to the staff group chat on teams for Hillside West between AC/RLC and RAs could be better. There have been times when an RA has asked a question and it has gone for at least two days unanswered or had a reaction/response. It would be helpful to at least send a message back stating “we currently don’t have that information as of right now but I will update you when we do” instead of seemingly to be ignoring it.
