Ms. Ria - firstly i am laughing as usual while writing this message and I am sure you are laughing also :P I have many many funny memories with you and I am glad we had them as we navigated the Institute for so many years :) I will never forget our hospital ride and everything that followed that night :P It's a core memory for me!

Your white bags, unnecessary laptop/ipads devices, tattoos, diet cokes phases is what I am gonna miss a lot! Shine wherever you go didi, and baki baatein I will con-call with Manasa :P

It has been such a wonderful experience to have worked with you. From our first check-in where you made me feel so heard to all of the ones that followed where we laughed endlessly, we have come a long way.

I'm so so glad to have you as my manager for the two years of my role, anything and everything you do for your people is so cool and inspiring. You always believe in putting your team first and pushing for their growth. Your ability to laugh at serious things makes me realize you're also funny (like me :p) and that everything is going to be okay—it's not the end of the world. I will really miss our fun conversations and good time together. (basically everything—there was never a dull day with you)

Writing this message is extremely hard, especially as I think after so many Institutes, this will be one of those Institutes you won't be around. Though we mostly met every year only during the Institute, our friendship is very special and one I will cherish forever. You have always been someone who cares about her people and values growth, and as you begin your new journey, I hope that you continue to grow and shine!
