My WIG "Wildly Important Goal" for STEM is to get all of my students to believe they are STEM Leaders, by June 2020.
I know each of my students is a Leader and it is my job to help them discover their leadership skills and abilities by focusing on the 4C's (Communication, Collaboration, Critical Thinking and Creativity).
