Art Review on a Statue
This artwork is a carved wooden statue, which depicts a ballerina. The work was done by 🤬 in 1966. The statue has a warm feeling because it is not made of stone. The carving makes the ballerina's face look a little grim, though.

This painting was made by Jonna Mäenpää, 10.11.2020. The idea for this piece of art was to mix two different paintings. The two people in the middle are from Rene Magritte's painting The lovers and the background is from Akseli Gallen-Kallela's church painting. It was painted with watercolours on waterproof paper and the paper was rectangle shape. It was also painted with "dry painting brush" - technique. It took a lot of time for the artist to create this work of art. This piece of art is really cool and it wakes many feelings in the viewer.

This statue was made by Eino Romppainen. It is called "Suomi-neito". This statue has black granite base and it is a stone sculpture. The artist's message is that it describes Finland's 100-year history as an independent state. We think that statue is cool.

This pottery was made by Päivi Rintaniemi, in 2015.
It was made out of clay with hands and some tools.
It has smooth looking surface and one fault spot. We think that the artist wants to tell that nobody is perfect. We think that's very simple and hard to understand.

There was no title for this picture and it was made by an unknown artist. I think it's glass which was painted. It's hanging on the roof and I think it's some kind of cell or something. So maybe it was made to interest people about biology. I think it's interesting and I like the colors in it. I also like how it's in front of a window so you can see through it.

The drawing was made by Seliina Päällysaho in the year 1986. It doesn’t have a name but it's the third part of something she made. The drawing is cartoonish and it’s made with a graphite pencil on paper. It can have many meanings but we think that it tells about a group pressure or being a black sheep. Our opinion is that it looks very cute but also it can be seen as very dark.

Made by Anonym artist but I think someone in our school has made that. I don’t know when the wall was made.
It’s named Kantsu and I think it’s handmade. This wall tells that you are in school cafe. I think that the wall is pretty when it has different shades of blue colors and it’s well done.

This illustration was made by Selina Päällysaho in 1986. I’m not sure if it has a name. The illustration is sketch and I think it was made only with pencil. I think artist’s message is something like ”stand from the crowd”, because there’s one darker colored dog among other dogs. I think the illustration is simple, but at the same time interesting. I like how the dogs are drawn in similar style, but still they all have some different traits.

This unnamed painting was made by R.A.K. in 1980. This painting was painted with bright-colored paints on a canvas. I'm not sure if the paints are oil paints or something else. The frame is made out of wood.
I got told that this painting portrays the old youth center of Seinäjoki. I think the artist didn't have any strong message to deliver with this painting, but just wanted to portray the beautiful building on a chill summer day.
I like the colours of this painting, but I think the painting could've been done atleast a little bit more precisely and evenly.
