War is great for business. Companies build weapons and ammunition that can only really be used once or for a short time, then once the fighting stops, the need the rebuild the country quickly becomes a top priority. 

On the other hand, warfare has been a way for some countries to get power, and for other others, to lose it. Do you think Mexico should change its pacifist position toward war?
