In this project, you will create a Padlet presentation to identify and apply motivation concepts that will be helpful to your academic journey. Motivation is essential for academic and professional success because it is the drive that gets us to begin and complete tasks. This project examines the connection between motivation and academic success and assesses your application of the motivation concepts.

Behavior theory in my personal opinion is the worst of them. If you truly want to do something it should be for a reward that fact that you accomplish it. If you're doing something for the reward at the end then it's not 100% pure. If you're only looking for the reward then that means. If there were no rewards you may not want to participate. Which means that this is not something you want 100%.

My thoughts on cognitive theory are this is a common practice for many people. Humans are based of emotions. Our brains are wired that way. We are controlled by our thoughts. Whether it’s our fears or our happiness, sadness, emotions. We are wired to react off of our emotions. I personally try not to live life emotionally. I wear my emotions on my sleeve. So as not to be controlled by emotions.

I think this is the most promising and best theory solution. It’s the way life should be lived. We all have free will. Free to do things however we see fit. Also being self-aware is something that we all should take a look at. Knowing that you can go through life living it exactly how you want and able to accept that nothing can stop you but you.

In today’s day and age this is the most common. I also think this is a bad way to think. Going through life living it off the thoughts and expectations of others. Our how we would be perceived in someone else’s eyes. Living in this way limits your self , because instead of doing it the way you would rather do it in a manner where it’s acceptable to others. All i say is you can’t live though someone else’s eyes.

I mostly identify with humanistic theory. I think the idea of free will is astounding and i think it’s the greatest gift we ever could have been given as humans. To just do with out any internal or external debilitating factors.

Nothing negative comes from thinking positive and its hard to be positive when you’re thinking negative. Being positive is a mindset that sets you on the path to success.
