I have brought paper and pen. I bring both of these items today because it represents Ernest Hemingway. He loved trying new things and writing won his experience with it. If he thought it would make a great story, he would write it down on his paper with his pen. He shared such a deep relationship with the pen and pencil that he had his name engraved in the pen and book.
