In my setting, we use Catalyst to track behavioral data. Having output of quantitative measures that are available to all clinic-based team members helps us to stay on top of student progress so that when we are having conversations about challenges and successes of programs we know we are talking about the same, most up to date, data.
 
Microsoft Teams is our real-time communication channel. Each child has a channel on Microsoft teams, and we use this to post programming updates, or ask questions. If a child has a behavior intervention plan, we post this to the wiki page on Microsoft Teams. 

Complete treatment plans, progresss notes, and program protocols are stored in Sharepoint, that all a client's team members have access to.

Even if I am not there observing in the moment, teachers or therapists can send me a teams message and I can respond right away. This happens a lot to clarify points systems or protocols around behaviors that are in place. Since each child's BSP is stored in the wiki on their teams page, I can go in and make edits right away if there are consistent programs around a certain area of intervention.
