I have been able to understand the digital impacts on enterprises and whether they should be considered ethical or unethical; for example, monitoring employees whilst they are working remotely. From these sessions I'm able to view how digitalisation impacts people of different backgrounds and ages. Furthermore, we as a class have also learned about the effects on the usage of AI like, how it may strike concern on privacy and how it is leading to job loss. I have been able to create an ethical code of conduct and understand why it is put into place.
