         <description><![CDATA[<p><strong>Title:</strong> "Effects of Teaching Efficacy, Advocacy, and Knowledge on Coping and Well-Being of Dual Language Immersion Teachers"<br><strong>Authors:</strong> Zenaida Aguirre-Muñoz, Gulden Esat, Bradley Smith, &amp; Nayoung Choi</p><p><br/></p><p>This exploratory multiple case study investigates the unique stressors faced by Spanish-English bilingual teachers in the United States, such as instructional demands, workplace bullying, and lack of administrative support. Despite these challenges, the study found that teachers' high sense of teaching efficacy, advocacy for students, and competence in pedagogy were key factors in preventing burnout. The teachers' coping strategies, combined with their eudaimonic well-being, contributed to increased job-related well-being and retention, even in a district culture perceived as negative.</p><p>This article provides valuable insights into the resilience of bilingual educators and the importance of supportive coping mechanisms.</p>]]></description>
