The Enlightenment was a time period in which the belief in human reason became very important and many advances in technology, general ideas, government, education, and religion were made.
This time period was important because it was basically the switch from superstition to science. Basically, it set the foundation for future technology and inventions. This is a belief because the whole enlightenment was a time period in which people's beliefs changed into human reason.

The Bread Famine was a time in which food was short and pricey leading to starvation and poverty. It was very important because it was the reason why people were starting to get mad about the way things were being run. This is a condition, because it is the condition of how people were living. They were paying too much money on too little food.

The Meeting of the Estates General was a grand assembly of people representing the French estates (the clergy, nobles, and peasants). They took a vote about the financial problems, but the third estate lost. This was very important because it was the event that caused the third estate to break off from the general assembly. This event was a trigger because it is what caused the third estate to start the French Revolution.

The storming of the Bastille was an attempt to gain weapons in order to fight against the first two estates with. It was also an attempt to let people being held there out and to set a symbol that they wanted to revolt. This was important because it was the first major event in the revolution. This was a belief because they believed by storming the Bastille they would gain weapons, people, and set a mark in order to change the condition and make their beliefs a reality.

The Declaration of the rights of the man and citizen was a document that allowed the peasants to have much more rights than they originally had. Although, this document left out major portions of the population as it didn't apply to women, black people, etc. This was very important because it represented the third estate's beliefs becoming a reality. This a condition because the new rights that this document granted were the new condition for peasants.

The march on Versailles was a march against the Declaration of the Rights of the Man and Citizen being only for men. They stormed the armory and marched to Versailles in order to extend the document to women, as well. This was very important because it signalled the change in reforms and power. This was a belief because they were marching because they believed women deserved to be apart of the Declaration of the Rights of Man and Citizen.

The Meeting of the National Assembly was a meeting in which they discussed how they would deal with the economic crisis in France. Basically, people demanded the King make economical reforms in order to save enough food for everybody. This was very important because it actually ended with a pass of leadership to a new group in order to keep France from starving. This was a belief because the meeting was called because the third estate believed they deserved an economic reform in order to pay for food.
