When re-questioned by police Alex remembers bringing a bottle of Sunny D with him to Anna's house but does not remember whether or not he took it with him when he left. caught on work camera 45 minutes away from Anna's home at the time of death.
Erica Piedmont: New wife of Alex Garcia, currently pregnant with his child. Erica was seen sitting in a car out side Anna's residence the night before her death. Alex and Erica were seen having a heated argument in an argument at a local restaurant. just getting off of work 20 minutes away from Anna's home at the time of death, verified by several coworkers
Lucy Leffingwell: Anna's best friend and business partner. Recently having arguments about a sugar free line of pastries. Reported that Anna had recently went to the hospital and was prescribed antibiotics. Anna had diabetes and felt that Lucy was trying to control her diet and life with a line of sugar free pastries. Opened that morning and was confirmed walking into the bakery at 4:00 am by a camera across the street and was there and had all of the morning baking done or on time when assistant got there at 6:00 am.
Doug Greene: Anna's neighbor and recently made ex-boyfriend. He said that he had not seen Anna since the day before when she took her dog on their daily morning walk. He thought it was odd that she was wearing a sweatshirt even though the city had been experiencing a heat wave. Called the cops  since Anna's dog had been barking excitedly for two hours which is unusual.
