  • speak confidently and articulate clearly
  • respect others so they are confident enough to speak too
  • listen to each other without interrupting
  • listen actively and think about what you are hearing
  • reiterate and incorporate others' ideas in your own responses and in your synthesis
  • add on to what others say
  • offer ideas (collaborate)
  • respectfully offer a different point of view
  • body language: open, facing circle,
