Explanation:
School and community leadership has become more common as parents and other community members seek involvement with schools. There are many differences between this type of leadership and instructional leadership, but both have many of the same goals to help students and teachers in mind. Community leadership relies on creating functions or bringing in outside resources to help in schools, while instructional leadership is already taking place in the school to help. When both of these leaders work together they can create great opportunities for schools and the people they serve.
