In the concept of in group and outgroup, William Graham Sumner said that in group is a group where we have a feeling of 'we group' and there is a sense of belonging, while out group is a large group that does not belong to us. the group and we didn't feel any attachment. In short we can say that there are three differences between in group and out group. In group is a group where the individual identifies himself with himself/herself, and he has a sense of 'we group' and there is a sense of attachment among members, on the other hand out of group, the individual feels he has no sense of belonging or meaningful identification, he does not identify with the group, it is they group and there is a sense of indifference rather than attachment there is a sense of indifference and hostility.

In my opinion, as young people who are the successors of our nation, we must not only side with certain groups, but we must together build and prosper the nation by working together and building broad relationships so that goals can be achieved.
